At AmaraPure, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Not completely happy with your purchase? You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving it. Below, you’ll find exactly how it works.

Return Options

Free returns via our return portal

Use our return portal. Click here to register your return for free. You will receive a free return label and can drop off your package at a drop-off point of your choice. You don’t need a printer; the label can simply be scanned from your smartphone.

Return using your own shipping method

Send an email to support@amarapure.com to register your return, and include the reason for your return.

Include the original packing slip in your return shipment.

Send the package to the return address at the bottom of this page.

We also reimburse the shipping costs with this method.

Return Conditions

Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
If a product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipment.

Refund

Within 30 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for your order.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund any shipping costs you paid.

If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returns are always free of charge.
